Terms of Use & Membership Agreement

Welcome to Trydi, a private, exclusive streaming and media platform owned and operated by Ryan Antoine By accessing the Trydi platform, registering for an account, or making a voluntary monthly donation, you explicitly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

1. Nature of the Service, Exclusivity & Community Donations

Trydi is a closed, private streaming platform available exclusively to pre-approved, selective persons. It does not operate as a commercial retail service open to the general public. Instead, Trydi functions as a cooperative digital viewing environment maintained by the voluntary financial support of its private community.

Funds provided to Ryan Antoine by members are legally classified as donations. These contributions do not constitute the purchase of individual media, goods, or commercial services. Rather, all donated funds are directly pooled and strictly utilised to maintain server infrastructure, host internal original content, and acquire the necessary licences and broadcasting rights for third-party shows, movies, and live streams on behalf of the private membership.

2. Account Sharing & Invitation Policy

Trydi is a completely private, invite-only community. To protect the network's private footprint, the following rules govern who may access it and how the platform may be shared:

• Invites. Before anyone you invite attempts to sign up, you must first submit that person's email address to us. Only pre-submitted, approved emails may register — unannounced sign-ups will be rejected.
• Link Sharing. Sharing direct platform application URLs is strictly prohibited. You may share the application only using the official Trydi onboarding QR asset.
• Device Thresholds. Credential sharing is permitted strictly among immediate family members and close household relations, with a hard maximum cap of 3 active devices per account.
• Social Media Prohibition. Publicly displaying, reviewing, or posting Trydi branding, screenshots, or access links online or to any social media platform is strictly banned. This is a completely private, invite-only community.
• VPN Requirements. Streaming specific live IPTV channel allocations within the media hub requires a running VPN connection. Members can download Betternet free of charge.
• Growth Goals. We encourage our community to organically invite verified, trusted friends and family members who respect and maintain these core operation policies.
• Liability for Invitees. If a member you invite violates these Terms of Use, your account may also be subject to suspension or termination.

3. Contributions, No Refunds, and Voluntary Departure

No Refund Policy. Because funds provided to Ryan Antoine are classified as voluntary community donations, all contributions are strictly non-refundable. Since donations are immediately allocated toward server maintenance and licensing acquisitions, we cannot offer prorated or full refunds under any circumstances, including account termination, lack of use, or dissatisfaction with the available content.

Monthly Contributions. Access to the platform requires a base monthly contribution (currently $… TTD) to ensure the continued operation of the servers and licensing agreements. Renewals are made in cash at any Trydi partner store, where you receive a single-use voucher code to restore access.

Voluntary Departure (Leave at Any Time). You are not locked into any contracts or obligations. You may leave the community at any time by ceasing your monthly donation. Upon cessation of your contributions, your access to the cooperative platform will be automatically revoked at the end of your current 30-day cycle, and your data will be permanently deleted from our active database following a 48-hour grace period.

4. Code of Conduct & Misconduct

To protect the integrity of the Trydi platform and its licensing agreements, any form of misconduct will result in immediate, permanent account termination without a refund. Misconduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Piracy & Unauthorised Distribution. Using screen-recording software, physical cameras, stream-ripping tools, or any other method to download, copy, distribute, or pirate content hosted on Trydi.
• Network Abuse. Attempting to reverse-engineer the platform, bypass security protocols, overload the servers, or manipulate the Firebase / payment-verification system.
• Commercial Use. Broadcasting Trydi content in a public or commercial setting (e.g. a bar, restaurant, or public event) without explicit written consent from Ryan Antoine.
• Fraudulent Documentation. Submitting forged, altered, or falsified proof of donation documents to gain unauthorised access to the platform.

5. Content Availability & Disclaimer of Warranties

Trydi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide a high-quality interface and consistent streaming, Ryan Antoine makes no guarantees regarding the continuous availability of specific shows, movies, or live channels. Content may be added or removed at any time based on licensing availability or internal discretion. We are not liable for any internet service provider (ISP) throttling, local data charges, or device incompatibility.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Trinidad and Tobago. Any disputes arising from this agreement or the use of the Trydi platform shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.

7. Modifications to Terms

Ryan Antoine reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Trydi platform following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

By creating an account and submitting your initial proof of donation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
